Comme'N STAND opened in March in the Ōsawa district of Setagaya Ward, Tokyo, run by a world‑champion pastry chef. The café offers artisan loaves infused with cherry blossoms and sake, along with six varieties of butter and four dips that patrons can choose themselves. A spacious two‑storey eat‑in area on the second floor is equipped with toasters so guests can warm slices at their leisure.
